memories...oh so sweet memories...this campaign ushered in the second beatlemania...you had to have been there...
I was 12 and became obsessed with them during the Anthology. My momma begged me to watch it with her. I instantly fell in love the moment In My Life plays. Then seeing the Beatles personalities I couldn’t help but love them.
 
‘Dirk the Nightfly’ on ‘Hoffman’ has diligently noted where tracks on ‘Anthology 4’ have been released before.

We're in the same age group! I was just a tad younger at 11.5 at the time lol.

I’m not interested in getting the book as I already have it. Infact I got it for free because I attended a Beatles Anthology book launch at Waterstones book shop. There was a Kareoke and if you had a good singing voice you got a free copy snd that was me.
woah! That was a $60 freebie you got! I remember bringing my deposit at the of end of summer 2000 to MediaPlay for that book. $60 for a 16 year old then (only had a lawn job) felt like $200.
