🧩 Mind Games - Word Puzzle on the Citizen Of Nutopia Identity Card

Despite all the clues in this forum (which I’ve only finally joined 🤦🏻‍♂️), I’ve been trying to solve this puzzle ever since I bought the boxset on release date, I think I’ll give up and throw in the towel 😩
You mean the word puzzle, right? These clues are about the text based game they launched a few months after, they are different things.

The word puzzle from the box set, I get you, I’ve thrown the towel a few months ago 😅 I tried solving it non-stop for months because, as I suspected, the prize was the super box and I really wanted the super box. The number of letters didn’t match, I couldn’t fit all the words at once. After pages and more pages sketched and Excel spreadsheets created to help me visualize it better, I’ve accepted it’s beyond my intellectual capacity 🤓😭 I’m still very impressed that Craig solved it not long ago.

But you did play Escape to Nutopia, right?

Having just finished disck one of the game I brought the same confidence over to the word puzzle and then have immediately found myself stuck again with just how incredibly cryptic it is 😂

... Okay, yeah, this is driving me insane 😂

I have all the words (although two of them could be multiple different words?) but not entirely sure how they correspond exactly to the letters. I have the extra letters for each corner and have guessed what could go in the UV light/Escape to Nutopia clue (although I'm not sure which of those is correct as they both highlight slightly different sections?). I have... no clue of what else to do.

I have so much respect for @LittleSavage. SO much respect 😂

At least with disk one you can bash your head against the wall until something works...with this game, even with all the words, it's still quite difficult to make any progress actually solving the puzzle 🥲

After many hours (mostly a long time ago) tonight I submitted the "correct" answer to this word puzzle. I had been sitting on the real correct solution for about nine months, and was sure it was right, but the site kept rejecting it, so I just dropped it and walked away.

Then Craig was the first to submit what the site wanted, and I really figured there was no point left putting more time into this. I did decide to write him and show the solution I've had all this time to see how far off I was, and he confirmed that all of the actual word puzzle part that should matter, I had correct. Then provided a vague clue of how I could fix what really shouldn't have needed fixing.

It's just that the highlight boxes letters that shouldn't matter which of those boxes they sit in (since none of them are used to spell words)--for whatever reason the site requires those letters to be in specific order location for the whole puzzle to be considered "correct".

Congratulations! Glad all of your work has finally paid off here.

@Good Dog Nigel
Out of more curiosity, can you say if Craig and I are the only two in the world so far who have submitted correct puzzles after a year? Of course maybe there are more and they haven't posted anything here about it. But since everyone has to come to the site to see if the solution is accepted, it seems like they may mention it while here.
