On the website, when you click on the three bars in the upper left corner, you will see the "app" option at the bottom of the page.

I got it by pulling the website up in my phone's browser, and next to the URL on top is a button to 'download to home screen' which put it there within seconds!
Presuming this works on both Apple and Android devices?
