Arrested!- October 18, 1968:
"John Lennon and Yoko Ono were arrested and charged with possession of cannabis
. Lennon, 28, and Mrs. Yoko Ono Cox, 34, who were both charged with 2 counts of illegal possession of cannabis were to appear in a London court. Scotland Yard drug squad detectives made the arrest at a West London house. They were taken in separate cars to Marylebone Lane police station."

Yoko was 5 months pregnant at the time. The child was conceived in May 1968 – after recording their album Unfinished Music No. 1: Two Virgins. The child, due to be born in February 1969 was a boy, to be named John Ono Lennon II (he likely could have been born on Yoko’s birthday, just as Sean later was born on John’s birthday). Due to the severe stress of publicity, and the trauma of the arrest, Yoko suffered a miscarriage after three weeks at St. Charlotte’s Hospital. They recorded the album Unfinished Music No. 2: Life with the Lions while in hospital. Two tracks represented the life and death of the child; ‘Baby’s Heartbeat’ – an actual recording made by John with a microphone placed on Yoko’s belly, and ‘Two Minutes Silence’ in respect of his passing. John and Yoko’s unborn child was buried in a secret location. Had he survived John Ono Lennon II would now be 56 years old. – mb

But Yoko was 35 then. And the child would have been born in 1969 so 55.

"F*cking hell, Brian, you must be f*cking joking. Why? Pop stars don't get MBEs, they’re supposed to be for ex-army, do-gooders, the establishment. Bloody hell, wait 'till I tell Cyn and Mimi."
