๐Ÿ“š My Mind Can Feel - The John & Yoko Book Club

I just got my copy today!! Thank you THANK YOU @Good Dog Nigel ๐Ÿค

I canโ€™t wait to start sharing more of my thoughts! The first thing I dove into was the floor plan of The Dakota. I NEVER knew how huge their apartment was! Now itโ€™s a bit easier to picture everything, but I love the names John chose for each room. Especially โ€œHopeโ€ for Sean :)
I know John was responsible for the 'Nutopian Embassy' plaque. I think Yoko chose the names for most of the others.

I need to comment that it was wonderful to open the Mind Games standalone book and see right in the first pages my absolute favorite picture of John and Yoko taken by Brian Hamill in 72.

And I was very surprised that I chose Brian's book to be one of your next readings before even knowing that Brian's pictures would be in the MG book! Now we can have a kind of extended thematic reading! @LordGoodgod had suggested Brian's book too, and you can see why:

Thanks for having me discover Brian Hamill, I'll investigate a bit further, very nice photo!
You are welcome! Take a look at his book "The Dream Lovers - John & Yoko in NYC", it has wonderful photos and intriguing details about the times he photographed the couple and John alone in 75. We'll be discussing this book here in December, I hope you can join us!
