I'm having the same type of issue! I've been trying to play this game off and on for a few months but keep getting soft locked, it seems to trigger often in the hallway after opening the door and trying to proceed down it , and I have to start all over again. Also frustrating knowing it means I missed out on mail-outs since I've been getting no points this whole time!

Edit: I just tried it again, got over 1000 points and the game is soft locked again as soon as I enter the hallway. The game freezes, no longer allows me to type anything, and when I refresh and restore as soon as I type anything and submit it locks again.

It does the same to me on my phone! Try on another device, it worked for me

The thing is that I’ve been restarting the game for so many times now and it’s very frustrating cause it always freezes either in the hallway, either in the dressing room

I went through the mirror and woke up in the room again, and had the note from Yoko about calling the plumber. I think there’s a new bug, except if I didn’t type the right commands:

You're right on it! Just try formatting how you enter it differently.
