I am still not exactly how I did it -- but I completed disc one! Now I can't wait to go back and explore the kitchen some more! While I got frustrated easily --- I had a great time!
Congratulations, SaraI am still not exactly how I did it -- but I completed disc one! Now I can't wait to go back and explore the kitchen some more! While I got frustrated easily --- I had a great time!
I got in a loop of pulling books off the bedroom shelf "at random" as the game allows, and counted 39 unique titles before I ran out of steam re-trying for new random picks.I restarted and I'm just reading all the books - there's so many, it's awesome!
I had to start over again today too. This is probably the 15th time I restarted. SighI am still wondering to this day how this mysterious game "allows" us to finish.
I don't know if I have to visit all the rooms or make a special move/action because from what I've heard, there are different ways to finish. Kinda sad to start all over again each time i make a long break but I'm used to it.
It's a game of the mind as they say.
I just saw this question - you might already know the answer but there is something very fun and interesting in the fridge! Is there anything interesting in it ??
I think there is a glitch @Good Dog Nigel - when I try to wait, it says "I don't understand"How long does it take for the dough to rise/prove? I am impatient LOL
Please stay safe!! That’s what matters mostHello, everyone!
I didn’t want y’all to think I had abandoned you or the game. I’m 4 days into being evacuated from the Palisades Fire. Where I am currently is getting precarious, too, and the order to leave could come any minute.
So- here’s to the day I get back into the game. I do not want to spam this thread with conversation about my situation so please DM if you have any questions. I welcome it.
Teach me your ways!! Congrats!!I am still not exactly how I did it -- but I completed disc one! Now I can't wait to go back and explore the kitchen some more! While I got frustrated easily --- I had a great time!

It's a wonderful feature the of the game, since each shows a short excerpt of its content:
You pick a book at random.
It's a copy of 'Flowers Of Evil - A Selection' by Charles Baudelaire
You read for a while...
'Solemn and magical the waves rolled in
bearing images of heaven on the swell,
blending the sovereign music that they made
with sunset colors mirrored in my eyes.'
The four pages of photos of in the big Thames & Hudson Mind Games book of from John & Yoko's "Library of Esoterica" show 95 book covers pages 46-49.
Some I remember being popular 52 years ago, one or two have been on my shelves that long.
