Will the game of the mind distract us from each other or bring us closer together?

Please take this with a grain of salt, haha

The interactive Escape to Nutopia launched the other day, and I was as excited to see what Sean and Yoko had in store for us on theirs and John's behalf. I am as intrigued by the game as the rest of us, but I wonder if just another reason to look at our phones will take us further away from each other.

As someone who grew up in the early 2000s, I got to witness the evolution of the smart phone and I am still here to see the blossoming of A.I. I know how attached we all as a global society to our phones, as I am attached to mine, but there is a part of me that is worried this particular mind game will take us away from the community we have built.

With that said, I also recognize that Escape to Nutopia very much fits the description of John and Yoko, and I mean that in the most positive way! From what I can tell, Escape to Nutopia combines the artistic geniuses of John, Yoko, and Sean. This is very much them and I love that it is a way besides the John and Yoko Forum for us to reach out, connect with each other, and spread John, Yoko, and Sean's message of Peace and Love and imagining a better world for us all in the future, but specifically today.

Like I said, take this with a grain of salt. I so desperately want us to continue to have fun and spread Peace and Love to the world here on the forum and in Escape to Nutopia!

All Peace and Love!
-Mike

This is an incredibly fair point !!

I am so completely stuck, it is driving me nuts. Still in bed. I've spent hours on the game and I'm stuck at the very beginning. If anyone has a clue, no spoiler of course, but ANYTHING, I am begging you...

I totally see your point! But if it wasn't for our phones, computers and internet, when would we ever be able to play the same game with people from all over the world and then after share with them our progress, our difficulties and accomplishments? Of course screens in general must be accessed in smaller dosages than we do nowadays, but I see the internet as a piece of the dream John&Yoko dreamed, it unifies us. If it was exclusively used to spread love, think peace and play positive games instead of being used for manipulations, hatred and jealousy, John&Yoko's utopia - or better say, Nutopia - would come true. We are, at the same time, so close and so far from what the Ono-Lennons sang about. I rather think that, even with the difficulties the internet brings, our community is growing stronger because it brings us closer together as fans who share a similar mindset, we just need to learn how to use it and balance it with our daily lives away from it

Excellent points!!

I am John Lennon. I am dreaming. When I type, "I'm not the only one" the game tells me I'm still asleep. Any *hints* for a non-gamer who's a superfan on what to say to the blinking bar? Thankyewverymuch :giggle:

You are on the right track when it comes to interacting with the dynamics of the game, that’s the spirit 😊 but if you are still sleeping, what should you do knowing that your goal is to explore the scenario around you?
