Does anyone else have these? I bought a set but outside of piling them on top of one another, how do I use them? I see that they are angled. Is there away to use them of which I am not aware? I love the Meditation Mixes and thought that perhaps using them while listening might be a thing to do.
So….any suggestions on their use? All would be helpful. Thank you!
This came to me on the karmic wheel

of internet search, I hope it may be of use.
THE METHOD
The Prana Stones method of meditating is more active than traditional techniques.
You manipulate a stone in each hand while gently drifting into a calmer state of mind.
If you struggle to remain motionless and have wandering thoughts during meditation, please don’t give up. You may benefit from a new approach that can provide successful experiences and confidence to continue practicing meditation.
WHERE TO GET PRANA STONES
A good place to look for stones is near water because they often have subtle features from being naturally tumbled. You want stones that are soft to the touch, without any sharp edges or distracting characteristics. If you don't live near a beach or river, you can look for Mexican Beach Pebbles at your local landscape and garden center. The smaller sizes are great for meditating and the larger ones are perfect for releasing trigger points and sore muscles. There are also many online sources that sell Mexican Beach Pebbles. The 3-5 inch sizes are best. Your Prana Stones should feel just right when you close your fingers around them, like the worn handle of an old tool. There is an instinctive comfort in holding the neutral weight of stones. It is the grounded sensation of being present and connecting with a quiet moment in nature.
TIPS
If you are trying meditation for the first time, don’t attempt a long session or you’ll probably get frustrated. Start with five minutes and gradually increase the sessions.
Nothing will happen during the first few minutes. Unless you are in an incredibly relaxed state of mind, you probably won’t feel much during the start of your meditation. It usually takes me about 10 minutes before I begin to drift off a little and notice my body calming down. I begin to lose the sensation of the stones in my hands and just start letting go.
Like starting a new workout program, you probably won’t see amazing results right away. Your mindful brain is likely out-of-shape. Some days meditation may feel relaxing to you and other days it might be a struggle; however, the more often you make meditation a part of your daily routine, the easier it will become to reach a calmer state of mind.
Distracting thoughts will occur during your meditation. That’s normal. Don’t fight them. Just be aware that you are getting distracted and bring your focus back to the stones. You can roll them around in your hands for a moment if that helps you get centered.
