The clue on the fan mail is for a different part of the game when you get to another location. For the piano, think about what letters of the alphabet represent musical notes, and whether there’s any words you can make from them that might be relevant. If you use the
pen that’s on the desk with the fan mail you might get another clue for what notes to play!

I don't know what's happening, but I can't get the bag from the bathroom. I do what I need to do and the game tells me to go to the bathroom, but when I get there it says there's no bag. I've managed to get it a few times before, but lately it hasn't worked anymore.

Hello, I started playing again because I really want to finish disk two. I'm stuck in a certain part of the game and I don't know with what I have to interact with. I saw that there are repetitive shortcuts but I'd like to finish the game at least once
