🎬 SUNDAY BLOODY SUNDAY - New Video

Incredible and possibly the best music video of the last decade. The final few shots hit incredibly hard and I’m glad that we’re using Lennon and Ono’s music to apply to today and not only keeping it in 1972 - unfortunately, nearly every single statement in the New York City album still rings true today

Apart from these this is one of the best music video of the time, everything here fascinates me and well it has melted into my soul, it has always been a John melody that has held a very special place in me, for its background, lyrics, everything It seems to me something that I love and thrills me, It is sad and surprising how it resembles so much the reality of now, how the whole melody has so much to do with everything that happens now, most of the album just is

What to say?
"Woah" is the short answer.

This was my first time listening to this song in full. The words tell the story of Ireland's history, while the video imagery tells the story of our global history. Very sobering and still oh so relevant. Well done @Sean and rest of John's estate at continuing to convey this message of the hope and plea for cessation of violence. Imagine all the people living life in peace, stop the wars!

I seriously appreciate the effort put into this video. It connects oppression and violence to other catastrophes, rather than just isolating the conversation to one event, and broadens dialogue about our violent history (and present).

Excellent work. Once again, the John Lennon Estate and Team nurture their projects to grow much more expansive than they “have” to be.

I’m a college professor and can easily see myself connecting engaging lessons with this type of content — great stuff!
